The Setting
I provided academic support to students taking mathematics, physics, and introductory engineering courses.
What I Did
I worked with students on difficult concepts, assignments, and exam preparation, using different explanations depending on their understanding.

I tutored more than 30 students, helping them approach technical problems in a more structured way.

Rather than immediately giving students a solution, I tried to identify the specific step or concept they were struggling with.
From there, I would explain the underlying principle, work through an example, and help them apply the same reasoning to another problem.

Lessons Learned
Tutoring helped me become more patient and flexible in how I explain things. Understanding a concept myself is different from explaining it clearly to someone encountering it for the first time.
